She's all states, and all princes, I,               Nothing else is.Princes do but play us; compared to this,All honor's mimic, all wealth alchemy.               Thou, sun, art half as happy as we,               In that the world's contracted thus.         Thine age asks ease, and since thy duties be         To warm the world, that's done in warming us.Shine here to us, and thou art everywhere;This bed thy center is, these walls, thy sphere.The author is talking about how great he and his lover are and that everyone else is beneath them.He says that all the fortune in the world means nothing to him and the whole world is limited to their bedroom, and he suggests to the sun to take it easy and since their bedroom is considered as the whole world the sun can simply warm the world by warming their bed.Line 21 contains two metaphors:First, he compares his lover with all countries.Second, he compares himself to all kings.Line 25 shows us apostrophe because Donne is talking to the sun.In Line 28 he uses pun when he says"To warm the world, that's done in warming us.''he is playing with this two words:donne(his name)and done. summary
This short story is about two middle-aged man(Ivan and Bourkin)who are walking in farm fields together on a cloudy day.When Ivan starts to tell bourkin a story about his brother, rain starts to pour, and they have to take shelter.They find their friend's house and bathe in his house, and when they are all dressed up Ivan starts to begin the story, he tells them that he had a brother called Nicholai who got really bored with his work and wanted to have a farm for his own and spend his life there. Nicholai spends his life in poverty and misery and saves all his money for his dream land he even gets married to an old widow and collects her fortune after her death.Finally, he buys a land at his forties and will live there as a rich landowner.

Based on my understanding this poem is about a soldier who is getting his instructions to work with rifles and getting ready to kill other human beings.The soldier finds himself distracted by the nature that surrounds him.The writer tells us about the ugly face of war and its contrast with the beauty of nature by comparing them in each stanza.It seems to me that the writer is trying to embarrass us by showing nature's  kindness and war's brutality because nature gives life to the earth and war takes it away.

analyse:
at first, the soldier is leaing about guns again, but at the end, he gets distracted by the beauty of nature which means that he doesn't want to fight and in the bottom of his heart he has a love for life and nature. 
The writer's tone in this poem is gloomy, depressing.

In the 19th century, African American women were not allowed to apply for important jobs.They were mostly housemaids, and those of them who wanted a good job had many obstacles ahead of them.They could not share classrooms, schools and even bathroom with white people.No one would take them seriously, and they were told to be grateful for what they had.But even with these difficulties, some powerful African American women lay foot beyond the ordinary rules.Women like Dorothy Vaughan who worked in NASA as mathematician and Mary Jackson who worked there as an engineer.
African American people were always mistreated for the colour of their skin and god knows how many talented humans were undiscovered merely because of arrogant kings and govements or the benefits of the powerful people.
